Job Description
Our Saudi client offers the finest careers available anywhere in the world. They are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join their Corporate Compensation team at the headquarters in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This role involves conducting analysis to assure compensation plans support corporate strategies and values. Conduct program analysis, comprehensive compensation studies, surveys and research including salary administration, tax equalization, differentials, allowances and special projects. Develop policy proposals, make presentations to all levels of managements and coordinate the implementation of approved compensation programs.

Position requires a Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or closely related discipline.  Eleven years’ experience in human resources activities, of which five years with assignments involving complex international HR compensation related issues. Solid experience at an expert level in compensation with a large company is preferred.
